Ray Esser founded the company in 1966, focusing on services related to fabrication of glass polyester and other electrical insulation materials for the power distribution industry.

Our customer needs have grown and changed over the years, and so has Dielectric. From our humble beginning 40 years ago, we have grown to be a recognized leader in the fabrication of custom parts and assemblies manufactured from thermoplastic and thermo-set plastics. Customer demand has extended our offerings to include parts fabricated from non-ferrous metals and a variety of wood products, too.

Ray Esser remains actively involved in the company as CEO. His son Michael leads Dielectric as President. Both look forward to the new technology and services that Dielectric will bring to the marketplace over the next 40 years.
