Sales Staff Reorganized

Paul Schmitt’s outstanding job as an outside salesperson has resulted in a promotion to Sales Manager. Paul has been in sales for Dielectric since 1989 and is an expert in materials and machining. In his new role, Paul will be directing the activities of the sales staff and provide training to enhance our customer relationships.

Peter Baus has been a standout in inside sales, and we’ve promoted him to outside sales. Peter has been with Dielectric for two years and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Both Paul and Peter are pros when it comes to fabrication. We’re sure that you’ll enjoy working directly with both of them.
